Tariq Hammad, M.D.

Gastroenterology

Tariq Hammad, MD received his medical degree from An-Najah National University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in Nablus, Palestine. He also earned a graduate certificate in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the College of Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.

Dr. Hammad completed his residency in internal medicine from the University of Toledo, as well as his first year of Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship. He completed his fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.

Graduating at the top of his medical school class, he has also received numerous accolades throughout his medical education and training. Dr. Hammad actively participates in medical research and has given many lectures and presentations relating to his field.

He enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as landscaping and cooking. Dr. Hammad is also bilingual – fluent in both English and Arabic.
